If an item is damaged or unsatisfactory upon arrival, the item can be shipped back to Camp Daniel to receive one of the following Return options:

• Exchange the item for a different size
• Exchange the item for a new item (if the item was damaged)
• Return the item to receive a refund

Select your preferred return option on the include it in an email to shop@campdaniel.org. Our team will respond with return shipping instructions.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Cash refunds will not be issued.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping for the return unless the item is damaged or broken.

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date your order was received. Before shipping, please send us an email to shop@campdaniel.org with your concerns about the item and your preferred return option.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging (if applicable).
• The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and  a Return or Exchange Form included in your shipment.

Follow these steps when returning an item:

• Contact us! Send us an email to shop@campdaniel.org with your concerns about the item and your preferred return option.
• Mail the item in its current condition along with the Return or Exchange Form to the below address:

• Once the Item is received by Camp Daniel, the exchange or refund request will be processed.
• Please allow 5-10 business days from that date that the returned item is received by Camp Daniel for all exchanges and refunds to be processed.

Please email shop@campdaniel.org to report a damaged item. Once we have been notified of the damaged item, our team will issue a replacement order to the item. If that item is no longer available, our team will assist you in selecting a replacement item, processing a refund for the items, or issuing a store credit.

Damaged Items must be returned to Camp Daniel to receive your return or exchange option.

• Order Number
• Item Returning
• Reason for return (i.e. I would like to exchange this item for a different size, This item is damaged, other)
• Your preferred return option: exchange for a different size, replace with a new item (if Item is damaged), return for full refund.
